You will receive a time deduction of 19 hours if you attended the soft skills meeting, or 20 hours otherwise along with a Course Correction Plan (CCP).
What if I only book 1 English Chat Session instead of 2?
Communicate with your Team Lead immediately. Lack of communication results in being placed on the average performer list.
